Christmas 2021 Delivery Information

Thank you so much for choosing to buy with us this Christmas. It means the absolute world to us here at the studio that you have chosen to support our small family business, especially after such a difficult year. Thank you! 

If you're hoping for delivery of your order before Christmas please do bear in mind that postage times are uncertain at the moment due to Covid. Delivery services are running slower than usual, so while we're still working around the clock to get your orders out they may take a little longer this year. 

Here are our last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery:

 

UK Delivery

20th December, 1pm - Standard Delivery

22nd December, 1pm - Express Delivery 

 

International Delivery

3rd December - Australia & New Zealand

6th December - Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Central and South America, Far & Middle East 

- Our standard international delivery is untracked. We do also offer a tracked service and an express 1-3 day courier. Please choose these options if they are more suitable for your needs. 

- We will continue to send orders out after the last postage dates but please be aware that they will be unlikely to arrive before Christmas. 

- We will be closed for our Christmas break to spend time with our families from 23rd December - 5th January.

- Our shops will remain open and all orders placed during this time will be dispatched after 5th January.
