Where do you deliver?

How much is delivery?

How do you package your products?

We use all sturdy board envelopes for our paper goods and strong boxes for our framed prints, craft kits, and bamboo keepsakes. Please note that the boxes don’t typically fit through letterboxes, so Royal Mail may leave a redelivery postcard so that you can arrange another delivery time or collection from your sorting office.

Do you charge VAT?

VAT is included in the product price. If you require a VAT receipt, please get in touch by emailing hello@claraandmacy.com

Can I place a bespoke order?

Yes! We love creating bespoke designs. Please contact us via hello@claraandmacy.com

I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

You’ll receive an email when we dispatch your order. We send everything out via Royal Mail First Class, which typically takes 1 to 2 days. Customers are advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place and that although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please get in touch.
