On the 12th October last year my business life changed forever. It was the day we got our Royal Mail postal collections. It was amazing! For three years we used to carry the post to the post office at the end of our road. Starting with a couple of parcels in carrier bags, to ikea bags slung over a buggy, to running down the road with several bags full and two kids after school, to mail sacks we borrowed from the post office, to 26 mail sacks on one day at Christmas. The post office actually turned us away that day because they didn't have enough space for our sacks!
Now we have an amazing postman who collects them every day from our studio. It was truly life changing :)
