5 tiny ways to make their day better, that don’t cost a penny…

Family life is busy and chaotic, and there isn’t always time for big gestures of love each day. But tiny gestures we can do 🩷 Knowing that someone is thinking of you means the world, even if you’re only young (especially if you’re only young!) 💛

Whether you’ve got toddlers or teens, here are five easy ways to make their day better, and they don’t cost a penny!

1. Write a love note and leave it in their pocket or lunchbox 💕 Nothing beats reading words of love from someone you love. If your child can’t read yet, try a simple picture message.

2. Make them breakfast in bed 🥞 What better way to start the day than with snuggles and a pancake breakfast in bed!

3. Run them a candle lit bath 🕯️ An ordinary activity feels so much more special with candles! If your kids are too young to be safe around candles try a torch or a star projector ✨

4. Put fresh bedding on their bed 🛌 No one can resist the feeling of fresh clean bedding when they curl up at night. Bonus points for freshly washed pyjamas too 🩷

5. Hold hands 🤝 Physical contact increases oxytocin and makes humans feel good. That’s a win for both of you!

Positive parenting at its finest 🥰

SAVE these ideas for when you need some tiny inspiration.

These easy moments in your family’s day are sure to inspire their smiles ☺️ And there isn’t much better than that 🥹
